The Juab County County Department of Corrections, through the Sheriff of Juab County County, operates the Juab County Jail in Nephi, Nephi, Utah. Juab County Jail is one of the largest single-site county correctional facilities in the United States, holding up to 6,000 inmates daily and admitting up 117,000 pre-trial detainees each year. Juab County Jail sits on a 85-acre land with 9 divisions, 4 onsite Sheriff’s departments, a health services facility, 4 education departments, a dayroom, and privatized food service and Juab County Jail commissary.
